Return and Refund Policy

At ShapedWigs, all sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. Please ensure that you are certain of your purchase before completing your order.

Order Processing and Modifications

Order processing begins immediately upon submission. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate any modifications after an order has been placed. This includes changes to products, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, or requests for refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt via email at info@shapedwigs.com with clear photos of the damage and a detailed description. Failure to report damage within this period voids any claim.

We reserve the right to investigate any claims and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or repair if the product is found to be defective.

Shipping and Responsibility

ShapedWigs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier, and any issues should be resolved directly with them.
